Checking the photovoltaic farm – back under Radomsko in the province of Łódzkie.
This time report we received from a customer at whose home we recently We cleaned photovoltaic panels.

The owner of a solar power plant noticed that there was a problem with the operation of his photovoltaic farm. As he could not read the indications on his app correctly. The app even indicated that some of the inverters (two of four, to be exact) were off altogether. But one inverter was working normally. The other two, on the other hand, were not working completely. Therefore, concerned about the problems he noticed, he asked us to check the photovoltaic farm. The inverters used on the farm are Huawei SUN2000-185KTL. Having gathered basic information, our team set out. As this is an emergency situation, and additionally very stressful for the customer, the gentlemen immediately proceeded with the order.

Within an hour and a half we were on site – ready to start the diagnostics. On site, thanks to the fact that they knew which of the three inverters were not working, we immediately directed our steps towards them. Since we had previously received a preview of the application in the preview, we could see how the installation was working. Fortunately, it turned out to be only a loss of internet connection. Therefore, the gentlemen restored the connection of the inverters to the Internet. Thanks to this, the customer was again able to know his inverters
“in the green” and thus read data from them. While our team was on the farm, we also checked the one remaining inverter. Is its operation correct? Yes, everything was ok with him. Therefore, after confirming with the customer that everything was working correctly in his application, the gentlemen were able to collect the equipment and return quietly to the base. We successfully completed the check of the photovoltaic farm.
