Disposal/recycling of photovoltaic modules – we collect panels from Lodz, Lodz province.
The beginning of autumn is the perfect time to clean up. Therefore, most installation companies or general contractors of photovoltaic farms approaching the end of the year are cleaning up their warehouses and yards. Also thinking about where to recycle photovoltaic modules.

We have received notification from one of the General Contractors that there were many damaged photovoltaic panels left after the construction of the photovoltaic farm. Of course, the standard damage was due to mechanical damage caused during their installation. In addition, also damage during transportation.
Disposal/recycling of photovoltaic modules
Here at the construction of a farm of less than 1 MW near Lodz, in the province of Łódzkie About 20 pieces of photovoltaic panels were destroyed during installation. However, by an unfortunate coincidence, a pallet being removed from a car fell/slipped off a forklift. Therefore, the General Contractor decided not to mount these panels on the structure. In fact, this is the only and right decision – such modules should be returned to the Disposal/recycling of photovoltaic modules. For this reason, to be collected for recycling we had about 50 pieces of JinKo panels of 535 watts each. As a photovoltaic panel can weigh 25 to 30 kg (some even more), the collection of a ton and a half of damaged photovoltaic modules is also a logistical undertaking.
We made an appointment to pick up first thing in the morning. Representatives of the General Contractor were already waiting for us on site and the panels were stacked on two pallets. This allowed us to load them onto the car in an efficient manner. Then in the “exchange of paperwork” and then the gentlemen were able to get into the car and set off on the return trip. Disposal/recycling of photovoltaic modules
Therefore, because the pickup to / disposal / recycling of photovoltaic modules was set for the morning hours Gentlemen from the team at the base were a while after 12:00 p.m. Of course, they had to unload the damaged panels at the base so that from there they could return to start their journey.
